Samantha Franklin is a photographer based in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She has lived and worked in Los Angeles, California, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her work is inspired by storytelling, Pictorialism, themes of isolation, and deep yearning for the natural world. Terrain and Myth contains landscapes, photograms, and mythology-inspired works, printed using the 19th century Cyanotype process and toned by hand.
